送貨條款與細則
1. 總則
1.1 本條款適用於所有在 LETSPETTLE 毛林大會 (下稱「本店」) 進行的所有交易。
1.2 顧客下單前請務必仔細閱讀;一經確認訂單,即表示接受並遵守本條款。
1.3 個人資料收集: 顧客同意本店將聯絡電話及地址提供予第三方物流公司(如順豐速運)作送貨用途,以符合私隱條例聲明之要求。
2. 送貨方式與收費標準

預計送達時間為3 個工作天內,此時限適用於所有由第三方物流公司的送遞服務。
3. 送貨服務詳情
3.1 截單時間: 每日 15:00 截單。逾時訂單將順延至下一個工作天處理。
3.2 訂單處理時間: 訂單將於付款確認後2個工作天內處理(不含週日及公眾假期)。
3.3 物流追蹤: 顧客可透過由本店提供的運單編號向提供送遞服務的第三方物流公司查詢送遞狀態。
3.4 配送限制: 每張訂單僅限送往單一地址。
3.5 樓梯與搬運費:
若送貨地址不設升降機或需經樓梯搬運,物流司機可能於現場收取額外服務費用;若車輛無法直達所指定的送遞地址(需步行超過 100米),所產生的額外送遞成本,本店概不負責。
3.6 服務範圍限制:
新界區包括: 上水、粉嶺、大埔、火炭、沙田、大圍、馬鞍山、西沙、元朗、八鄉、錦田、屯門、天水圍、深井、青龍頭、大欖和小欖。
不設送貨地區: 沙頭角禁區、打鼓嶺、文錦渡、米埔、落馬洲禁區、羅湖、蒲台島、東龍洲、塔門、吉澳、東平洲及郵政信箱。
4. 逾期取貨處理 (適用於自提/門市)
4.1 取貨通知: 貨品到達後,系統將發送 SMS 簡訊通知顧客。顧客請於 5 個工作日內,憑本店發出的簡訊通知到本店取貨。
4.2 逾期提醒: 若顧客在本店發送SMS簡訊通知的5個工作日內仍未取貨,客服將於發送提示短訊後的第6個工作日透過WhatsApp 或電郵再次提醒顧客取貨。
4.3 訂單取消: 若提醒後 5 個工作日內仍未取貨,貨品將退回倉庫。我們會對顧客進行退款,而退款將扣除 HK$50 或訂單金額 8% 之手續費(以較高者為準),餘額於14 個工作日內退還至客戶原先的付款帳戶。
5. 商戶直接派送
部分特定產品由供應商直接派送,將於 5 個工作天內聯絡顧客以確認貨物送遞之時間。而「特定產品」會於本店的網上商店內的產品標題上註明。
注意: 此類商品不支援門市自取。
6. 延誤與免責聲明
6.1 天氣影響: 遇颱風(八號或以上)、暴雨警告或不可抗力因素,送貨服務將或會出現延誤。
6.2 物流責任: 對於第三方物流公司造成的延誤,本店會盡力協調,但恕不承擔因延遲送遞所產生的相關責任。
6.3 送遞資料準確性: 顧客有責任向本店提供正確地址與電話以作送遞用途。所有因資料錯誤導致的損失或延誤,本店概不負責。
7.破損申報
寵物食品(如罐頭、凍乾)或有機會出現易碎或凹損,若收到時包裝嚴重損毀,請於簽收送遞文件後的24 小時內連同運單標籤及貨品損壞照片透過客服熱線、社交網絡平台或WhatsApp聯絡本店進行跟進及處理。本店恕不受理所有關於寵物食品破損的申報。
8. 條款修訂
LETSPETTLE 毛林大會保留隨時修改本條款之權利,恕不個別另行通知。所有交易以訂單確認時之條款為準,敬請注意。
Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1 These terms apply to all transactions conducted at LETSPETTLE (hereinafter referred to as "the Store").
1.2 Customers must read these terms carefully before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, it indicates that the customer accepts and agrees to abide by these terms.
1.3 Collection of Personal Data: Customers agree that the Store may provide their contact phone numbers and addresses to third-party logistics companies (such as SF Express) for delivery purposes, in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance statement.
2. Delivery Methods and Shipping Fees

Note: The estimated delivery time is within 3 working days. This timeframe applies to all delivery services provided by third-party logistics companies.
3. Delivery Service Details
3.1 Cut-off Time: The daily order cut-off time is 15:00. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
3.2 Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 2 working days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
3.3 Logistics Tracking: Customers can track their delivery status through the third-party logistics company providing the delivery service using the waybill number provided by the Store.
3.4 Delivery Restriction: Each order is restricted to a single delivery address only.
3.5 Stairs and Handling Fees: If the delivery address does not have an elevator or requires transport via stairs, the logistics driver may collect additional service fees on-site. If vehicles cannot directly reach the designated delivery address (requiring a walk of over 100 meters), the Store shall not be held responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred.
3.6 Service Area Restrictions:
● New Territories areas include: Sheung Shui, Fanling, Tai Po, Fo Tan, Shatin, Tai Wai, Ma On Shan, Sai Sha, Yuen Long, Pat Heung, Kam Tin, Tuen Mun, Tin Shui Wai, Sham Tseng, Tsing Lung Tau, Tai Lam, and Siu Lam.
● Non-delivery areas: Sha Tau Kok Restricted Area, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau Restricted Area, Lo Wu, Po Toi Island, Tung Lung Chau, Tap Mun, Kat O, Tung Ping Chau, and P.O. Boxes.
4. Overdue Pickup Handling (Applicable to Self-Pickup / Store Pickup)
4.1 Pickup Notification: Upon the arrival of the goods, the system will send an SMS notification to the customer. Customers must collect their goods from the Store within 5 working days by presenting the SMS notification issued by the Store.
4.2 Overdue Reminder: If the customer fails to collect the goods within 5 working days of the initial SMS notification, customer service will send a second reminder via WhatsApp or email on the 6th working day following the reminder text.
4.3 Order Cancellation: If the goods are still not collected within 5 working days after the reminder, they will be returned to the warehouse. A refund will be issued to the customer, subject to a deduction of a handling fee of HK$50 or 8% of the order amount (whichever is higher). The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer's original payment account within 14 working days.
5. Direct Merchant Delivery
Certain specific products are delivered directly by suppliers. Customers will be contacted within 5 working days to confirm the delivery time. Such "specific products" will be explicitly indicated in the product titles on the Store’s online shop.
Attention: Store pickup is not supported for this category of products.
6. Delays and Disclaimer
6.1 Weather Impact: Delivery services may experience delays in the event of typhoons (Signal No. 8 or above), rainstorm warnings, or force majeure events.
6.2 Logistics Responsibility: The Store will make every effort to coordinate regarding delays caused by third-party logistics companies, but shall not assume any liability for related responsibilities arising from delayed deliveries.
6.3 Accuracy of Delivery Information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the Store with the correct address and telephone number for delivery purposes. The Store shall bear no responsibility for any losses or delays resulting from incorrect information.
7. Damage Report
Pet food (such as canned food and freeze-dried food) may occasionally be fragile or suffer dents. If the packaging is severely damaged upon receipt, please contact the Store via our customer service hotline, social networks, or WhatsApp within 24 hours of signing the delivery documents, providing the waybill label and photos of the damaged items for follow-up and processing. The Store will not accept any damage reports concerning pet food.
8. Amendments to Terms
LETSPETTLE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without individual prior notice. Please note that all transactions are subject to the terms in effect at the time of order confirmation.
