所有經寵愛有您有限公司營運的網上商店及旗下品牌LETSPETTLE 毛林大會(網址:www.letspettle.com )之貨品買賣受本網頁列明的條款及細則(以下簡稱「本條款及細則」)所約束。使用本網站及在此下達訂單,即視為您表示接受本條款及細則。
本條款及細則的中英版本若存有衝突,則以英文版本為準。
1. 貨品買賣
在本條款及細則下,根據您於本網站下達的訂單(以下簡稱「訂單」),我們將售賣及您將購買當中的貨品 (以下簡稱「所訂購貨品」)。
我們僅接受於香港特別行政區 (以下簡稱「香港」)內送貨的訂單。
2. 下達訂單
您可透過填寫本網站內的電子訂單表格(即網上購物車之訂購內容)以下達訂單。一旦填妥並提交電子訂單表格並獲系統分配訂單編號後,即視為您已確認您的訂單。在適用法例允許的最大範圍內不得取消或更改訂單。
本網站內的資料僅構成要約邀請,不應視為我們提出供應任何貨品的要約。
您下達的訂單構成您對我們提出購買所訂購貨品的要約,所訂購貨品則為訂單的主題。我們有權決定接受或拒絕您的訂單 (不論任何理由)。我們並不保證本網站展示的貨品於任何時候能夠出售。
收到您的訂單後,我們會向您發送電郵確認訂單(以下簡稱「確認信」)。 然而,收到確認信並不代表我們已經接受您的訂單,亦不構成我們已確認出售要約,僅以此通知收妥您的訂單。
由於我們需要確保所顧客所訂購貨品的存貨供應,故此,直至所訂購貨品已在完成的狀態下等待出售,我們才會接受訂單。在大部分情況下,本店有存貨的貨品將在7日內接受訂單。我們有權拒絕或取消任何訂單及限制訂貨數量。接受或處理任何訂單前,我們可能要求顧客提供額外的證明資料。收到我們的訂單確認電郵後,您可以透過「聯絡我們」追蹤您的訂單狀況。詳情請查看「訂單追蹤」頁面。
當您的訂單已經寄出,即表示我們已接受您的訂單,雙方之間就所訂購貨品之買賣已成具法律約束力的合約(以下簡稱「合約」)。合約取代了雙方之間之前的所有通訊、理解和協議。
您必須確保訂單提供的所有資料,包括但不限於送貨地址和您的聯絡資料均正確無誤。若您就訂單提供不完整及/或不準確的資料而導致我們無法進行送貨或延誤送貨或無法履行合約下其他義務及/或責任,我們概不負責。
3. 付款條款
本網站內列明的所有價格皆為港幣。我們保留權利隨時更改本網站上的產品價格及修正意外錯誤的價格。若發生標價錯誤,我們將通知您並讓您選擇以正確價格繼續交易或無償取消您的訂單。
我們進一步保留權利調整產品價格以反映因任何無法預計且超出我們合理控制能力的情況導致所訂購貨品成本變動,包括外幣匯率波動、貨幣監管、徵稅變動、徵費變動、人力及材料成本或其他生產成本、更改送貨行程或您延遲或無法提供必要的資料(送貨地址、聯絡電話等)予我們。
除我們另有規定外,所有本店於交易所收取的款項均透過Visa信用卡、萬事達信用卡、銀聯信用卡等電子支付方式一律以港幣支付及結算。
我們向您發出確認信後,將從您指定的電子支付方式扣除所訂購貨品的款項。
您的電子支付交易將由我們選用的服務供應商 (以下簡稱「付款處理商」) 處理。進行信用卡交易時,所有經由銀行付款網關的付款資料會被加密。
我們概不負責因以下情況直接或間接導致的任何損失或損害:
* 進行網上付款期間人為錯失或疏忽以致他人盜竊及取用或以其他方式獲取您的個人資料;
* 進行網上付款期間因您的疏忽以致未能提供準確資料;
* 與此特定付款方式有關的其他原因。
4. 個人資料及私隱
我們在本網站發布的私隱政策和Cookies政策解釋了當您使用本網站時,我們如何使用您的個人資料並保護您的私隱。當您向我們提供了就訂單所需收集的個人資料,即表示您同意我們可以根據該私隱政策使用這些資料。
5. 配送所訂購貨品
我們會於確認信所列明的訂購貨品送往送貨地區內您指定的地址(以下簡稱「送貨地址」)(放低送貨地址必須符合第三方物流公司所提供之服務範圍內)。我們一般於平日星期一至星期六 (香港公眾假期除外)上午11時至下午6時送貨,如有任何有關於送遞服務的疑問,可向為你提供送遞服務的第三方物流公司查詢。
若訂單總額滿HK$200且送貨地址位於第三方物流公司的送貨地區內,本店會提供免費送貨。若訂單總額少於HK$200且送貨地址位於送貨地區內,本店將會代第三方物流公司向顧客收取送遞服務的費用(不含任何附加及手續費)。
我們保留權利不時更改任何送貨服務條款 (包括但不限於由第三方物流公司涵蓋的送遞地區及送遞費用) ,恕不個別另行通知。
確認訂單後,所有已支付的送貨費用皆不得轉讓、不得退回及不得換作現金或貨品。
我們會竭盡所能於確認信日期的2個工作天內送貨。儘管如此,所訂購貨品的送貨日期並不是合約中的精要,而且亦只是我們的最佳估計。我們保留權利在合理的事先通知下,不時更改送貨日期,而您亦須接受在我們建議的更新送貨日期送貨。在任何情況下,任何所訂購貨品的送貨延誤 (不論因素及有否通知您),我們概不負責。「工作天」指除星期六、星期日、香港銀行假期或公眾假期外的日子。
如果您的訂單已出貨,該訂單將不接受更改收貨地址。
為保障您的權益及記錄送貨,於貨品送抵時,我們或會視乎情況要求您或您的獲授權代表展示其正本身份證或身份證明文件及書面授權書 (如適用)及其他文件以作身份驗證。若未能適當遵從我們的要求,我們保留拒絕送貨的權利。
您必須於送貨日期或 (視乎情況)更新送貨日期收取所訂購貨品。若您無法如期收取所訂購貨品,且沒有於送貨日期或更新送貨日期最少48小時前通知我們,在不影響我們的其他權益及補救方法前提下,我們有權決定:
將所訂購貨品存放於我們決定的地點直到實際送貨日,並向您索償所有因此產生的支出(包括但不限於存倉費和保險) 和費用及就隨後的送貨收取每次HK$200行政費;或
取消您的訂單並向您索償因此產生的所有支出和費用,在這種情況下,您已支付的訂單總金額將被沒收,您亦應立即支付任何未付餘額。
6. 轉移風險和所有權
當所訂購貨品送抵送貨地址後,所訂購貨品的風險則立即轉移給您。不論本文的任何內容,因任何行為、疏忽或任何超出我們合理控制的行為 (包括但不限於火災和水災)導致所訂購貨品的任何損壞,我們概不負責。
儘管如本文描述,所訂購貨品已送抵並向您轉移了風險或任何其他描述,但所訂購貨品的所有權並不會轉移給您,直至您已全額支付訂單的總金額。
7. 退回瑕疵貨品
除非您所訂購貨品送抵送貨地址後24小時內透過我們的網上客服中心或以書面形式、電郵等要求更換。否則,則初步視作我們已履行合約下所有責任且您確認送抵的訂購貨品無誤及滿意其品質。若您無法遵守上述索償時限,除非您能充分向我們說明原因及證明您已盡快提出索償,否則任何逾時提出的索償一律不受理。
若提出的索償有足夠證據證明,我們有權決定:
* 免費更換所訂購貨品;
* 或您退回所訂購貨品後,向您退還已支付的所訂購貨品款項。
* 在不影響合約中任何內容的前提下,您應完全承擔退回貨品及配送更換貨品所產生的所有支出和費用 (包括但不限於送貨費用、本地海關關稅)。
* 顧客必須以未曾更改的原貌並以原有包裝退回。
若所訂購貨品並無瑕疵、缺陷或我們並沒有出錯,我們概不退款或更換。
關於索償及退回貨品通知應透過我們的網上客服中心或以書面形式、電郵向我們提出。
我們有權拒絕根據任何索償。如有任何爭議,我們的決定為最終決定。
8. 責任
合約列出了我們對您所訂購貨品的全部義務和責任,除合約明確規定外,任何保證、細則或其他條款對我們均沒有約束力。在符合香港特別行政區法律允許的最大範圍內,除本條款及細則明確列明的保證及責任外,任何不論以成文法或普通法或其他方式明示或默示的細則和保證,包括可銷售性保證或特定用途的適用性保證,以及任何額外損害賠償、補償或擔保賠償,皆不受此限。
在不影響本文所載任何內容的前提下,我們於合約下的最大責任總額,不論在合約、民事侵權 (包括疏忽)或其他方面,均不得超過您就合約所支付的金額。
我們不對本網站中資料的準確性作出任何保證,也不承擔因本網站中的資料未為準確所衍生的責任。我們會在能力範圍以內確保所披露資料的真確性,包括於於本網站內、我們發放的任何銷售文章、報價、價目表、接受要約、單據或其他文件或資料上的任何版面錯誤、文書錯誤或其他錯誤或遺漏等,均可隨時更正,我們並不對此承擔任何責任。
若我們未能或延遲行使合約下任何權利、權力或補救,不得視為放棄該權利、權力或補償。任何單獨或部分行使該權利、權力或補償亦不妨礙我們進一步行使該或其他權利、權力或補救。在不限制上文的前提下,我們放棄追討您任何違反合約中任何規定的行為,均不得視為放棄追討任何隨後對該規定或其他規定的違反行為。
因不可抗力、火災、水災、意外、暴動、戰爭、恐怖襲擊、政府干預、禁運、罷工、勞資糾紛、爆發流行性疾病、設備故障 (包括但不限於互聯網相關系統故障)或任何其他超出我們合理控制能力的因素而直接或間接導致無法履行任何義務或責任,我們概不負責。
9. 推廣優惠
如在本店使用優惠代碼,您必須於完成訂購前輸入代碼。優惠代碼的使用次數及期限視乎條款及細則,已完成的訂單無法在完成交易後使用優惠代碼。
優惠不得轉讓、不可兌換成現金或代用金。
優惠或不適用於部分貨品,您可查閱優惠的使用條件及準則,並了解適用貨品種類。若您將優惠用於不適用的貨品或本店網上系統因人為或非人為緣故將優惠套用於錯誤的貨品及及購買組合,我們有權取消您的訂單並不作通知。
10. 一般條款
未經我們事先書面同意,您不得將合約下的任何權利或義務分配或轉讓予任何第三方。
我們保留權利不時修改本條款及細則,恕不另行通知。
本條款及細則中每項規定均可獨立於其他規定執行。若任何一項規定無效而該規定刪減某些部分或減少/縮短該規定中提及的金額或期限(如適用),則可回復其效力,有關條款應進行此等必要的修改、減少或縮短以回復其效力。
本條款及細則以及合約引起的任何爭議或事項均由香港特別行政區法例管豁及詮釋。如有任何爭議,您及我們均同意接受香港法院的非專屬司法管轄權管轄。

All transactions for goods sold through any online stores operated by Peddy Pet Caring Hero Limited and its brand LETSPETTLE (Website: www.letspettle.com) are governed by the terms and conditions set forth on this webpage (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms and Conditions"). By using this website and placing orders herein, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any conflict between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
1. Sale and Purchase of Goods
Under these Terms and Conditions, we shall sell and you shall purchase the goods specified in the order placed by you through this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Order") (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordered Goods"). We only accept Orders for delivery within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong").
2. Placing an Order
You may place an Order by completing the electronic order form (i.e., the contents of the online shopping cart) on this website. Once the electronic order form is filled out, submitted, and allocated an order number by the system, you are deemed to have confirmed your Order. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
The information on this website constitutes an invitation to treat only and should not be regarded as an offer by us to supply any goods.
The Order you place constitutes your offer to purchase the Ordered Goods from us, and the Ordered Goods shall be the subject of the Order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee that the goods displayed on this website will be available for sale at all times.
Upon receiving your Order, we will send you an order confirmation email (hereinafter referred to as the "Confirmation Letter"). However, the receipt of the Confirmation Letter does not mean that we have accepted your Order, nor does it constitute our confirmation of an offer to sell; it merely serves as a notification that your Order has been received.
As we need to ensure the availability of stock for the goods ordered by our customers, we will not accept the Order until the Ordered Goods are ready and awaiting sale in a completed state. In most cases, Orders for items in stock will be accepted within 7 days. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any Order and to limit order quantities. Before accepting or processing any Order, we may request additional verification data from the customer. After receiving our order confirmation email, you can track your order status via "Contact Us." Please refer to the "Order Tracking" page for details.
When your Order has been dispatched, it indicates that we have accepted your Order, and a legally binding contract regarding the Ordered Goods is formed between both parties (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"). The Contract supersedes all prior communications, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
You must ensure that all information provided in the Order, including but not limited to the delivery address and your contact details, is accurate and correct. We shall not be held liable if we are unable to make delivery, if delivery is delayed, or if we fail to perform other obligations and/or liabilities under the Contract due to incomplete and/or inaccurate information provided by you regarding the Order.
3. Payment Terms
All prices listed on this website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We reserve the right to change product prices on this website and to correct accidental pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer you the choice to proceed with the transaction at the correct price or to cancel your Order without penalty.
We further reserve the right to adjust product prices to reflect changes in the cost of the Ordered Goods due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including foreign exchange rate fluctuations, currency regulations, changes in duties or levies, labor and material costs or other production costs, changes in delivery schedules, or your delay or failure to provide necessary information (such as delivery address, contact number, etc.) to us.
Unless otherwise specified by us, all payments collected by our store during transactions must be paid and settled in Hong Kong Dollars through electronic payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay credit cards.
After issuing the Confirmation Letter to you, the payment for the Ordered Goods will be deducted from your designated electronic payment method.
Your electronic payment transactions will be processed by our chosen service provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Payment Processor"). For credit card transactions, all payment data passing through the bank payment gateway will be encrypted.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the following circumstances:
● Human error or negligence during online payment resulting in the theft, unauthorized access, or acquisition of your personal data by others;
● Your failure to provide accurate information due to negligence during online payment;
● Other reasons related to this specific payment method.
4. Personal Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy published on this website explain how we use your personal data and protect your privacy when you use this website. By providing us with the personal data required for collection regarding your Order, you agree that we may use such data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Delivery of Ordered Goods
We will deliver the Ordered Goods specified in the Confirmation Letter to your designated address within the delivery area (hereinafter referred to as the "Delivery Address") (the designated delivery address must fall within the service scope provided by the third-party logistics company). Our standard delivery hours are from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays). For any inquiries regarding delivery services, please contact the third-party logistics company providing the delivery service to you.
If the total order amount is HK200oraboveandtheDeliveryAddressislocatedwithinthedeliveryareaofthethird−partylogisticscompany,ourstorewillprovidefreedelivery.IfthetotalorderamountislessthanHK200 and the Delivery Address is within the delivery area, our store will collect the delivery service fee on behalf of the third-party logistics company from the customer (excluding any surcharges and handling fees).
We reserve the right to modify any delivery service terms (including but not limited to the delivery areas and delivery fees covered by the third-party logistics company) from time to time without individual prior notice.
Once an Order is confirmed, all paid delivery fees are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.
We will make every effort to deliver the goods within 2 working days from the date of the Confirmation Letter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the delivery date of the Ordered Goods is not of the essence of the Contract and is merely our best estimate. We reserve the right to change the delivery date from time to time upon reasonable prior notice, and you shall accept delivery on the updated delivery date proposed by us. Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any delay in the delivery of the Ordered Goods (regardless of the factors and whether you were notified). "Working day" means days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Hong Kong bank holidays, or public holidays.
If your Order has already been dispatched, no changes to the delivery address will be accepted.
To protect your rights and to record the delivery, upon delivery of the goods, we or the third-party logistics company may, depending on the situation, require you or your authorized representative to present the original identity card or identification document, a written authorization letter (if applicable), and other documents for identity verification. If our requests are not properly complied with, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.
You must accept the Ordered Goods on the delivery date or (as the case may be) the updated delivery date. If you fail to accept the Ordered Goods as scheduled and fail to notify us at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date or the updated delivery date, without prejudice to our other rights and remedies, we have the right to determine to:
● Store the Ordered Goods at a location determined by us until the actual delivery date, and claim from you all expenses incurred as a result (including but not limited to storage fees and insurance) and costs, and charge an administrative fee of HK$200 for each subsequent delivery; or
● Cancel your Order and claim from you all expenses and costs incurred as a result. In such an event, the total amount you have paid for the Order will be forfeited, and you shall immediately pay any outstanding balance.
6. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
The risk in the Ordered Goods shall transfer to you immediately upon delivery to the Delivery Address. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we shall not be liable for any damage to the Ordered Goods caused by any act, negligence, or event beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to fire and flood).
Notwithstanding that the Ordered Goods have been delivered and risk has transferred to you as described herein or any other description, ownership of the Ordered Goods shall not transfer to you until you have paid the total amount of the Order in full.
7. Return of Defective Goods
Unless you request a replacement through our online customer service center, in writing, or via email within 24 hours after the Ordered Goods have been delivered to the Delivery Address, it shall be prima facie deemed that we have fulfilled all obligations under the Contract and that you have confirmed the delivered Ordered Goods are correct and of satisfactory quality. If you fail to comply with the aforementioned claim time limit, any late claims will not be entertained unless you can fully explain the reasons to us and prove that you raised the claim as soon as practicable.
If a claim is supported by sufficient evidence, we reserve the right to determine to:
● Replace the Ordered Goods free of charge; or
● Refund the payment made for the Ordered Goods to you after you return the Ordered Goods.
● Without prejudice to anything in the Contract, you shall fully bear all expenses and costs incurred for returning the goods and delivering the replacements (including but not limited to delivery fees and local customs duties).
● Customers must return the items in their unaltered, original condition and in their original packaging.
If the Ordered Goods are not faulty, defective, or if we have made no error, no refunds or replacements will be provided.
Notifications regarding claims and returns should be submitted to us through our online customer service center, in writing, or via email.
We have the right to reject any claim. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final.
8. Liability
The Contract sets forth the entirety of our obligations and liabilities regarding the goods ordered by you. Except as expressly provided in the Contract, no warranties, conditions, or other terms shall be binding upon us. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, except for the warranties and liabilities expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions, any conditions and warranties, whether express or implied by statute, common law, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any additional damages, compensation, or indemnity, are excluded.
Without prejudice to anything contained herein, our maximum total liability under the Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Contract.
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of the information on this website, nor do we assume any liability arising from any inaccuracy of the information herein. We will, within our capability, ensure the authenticity of the disclosed information. Any typographical errors, clerical errors, or other errors or omissions on this website, or in any sales literature, quotations, price lists, acceptances of offers, invoices, or other documents or information issued by us, may be corrected at any time without any liability on our part.
No failure or delay by us in exercising any right, power, or remedy under the Contract shall operate as a waiver thereof. Any single or partial exercise of such right, power, or remedy shall not preclude any further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or remedy. Without limiting the foregoing, any waiver by us of any breach by you of any provision of the Contract shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of that provision or any other provision.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligation or liability directly or indirectly caused by force majeure, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, terrorist attack, government intervention, embargo, strike, labor dispute, outbreak of epidemic disease, equipment failure (including but not limited to internet-related system failures), or any other factors beyond our reasonable control.
9. Promotional Offers
If you use a promo code in our store, you must enter the code before completing your order. The frequency of use and the validity period of promo codes depend on their specific terms and conditions. Completed Orders cannot apply promo codes after the transaction has been finalized.
Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
Offers may not apply to certain items. You may check the conditions and criteria for using the offers to understand the applicable product categories. If you apply an offer to an inapplicable item, or if our online system applies an offer to the wrong item or purchase combination due to human or non-human error, we reserve the right to cancel your Order without prior notice.
10. General Terms
You shall not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under the Contract to any third party without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
Each provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforceable independently of the other provisions. If any provision is invalid but would be valid if some part of it were deleted or if the amount or period mentioned in the provision (if applicable) were reduced/shortened, the provision shall apply with such modifications, reductions, or shortenings as may be necessary to make it valid.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or matters arising from the Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of any dispute, both you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
