感謝您在 LETSPETTLE 毛林大會(以下簡稱「本店」)購物。為保障所有寵物的健康與衛生,我

們制定了以下退換貨條款。請您在下單前詳細閱讀:

1. 七天退換期

自收貨當日起計(以物流簽收紀錄為準),客戶擁有 7 的申請退換貨期限。逾期申請(超過 7

天)之個案,本店恕不受理。

2. 不可退換之商品

為確保寵物安全及基於衛生及防疫考量,以下類別商品不設退換:

食品及保健品: 所有已拆封的乾糧、罐頭、零食、凍乾、肉泥及營養補充品。

接觸性及衛生用品: 已拆封或已使用的貓砂、尿墊、梳洗用品、衣物、胸帶、項圈、睡床、貓爬

架等(以防止皮膚病或寄生蟲交叉感染)。

特價商品: 網頁標明為「特價」之貨品。

電子品細則:電子品一經加水或加入食糧使用,除功能故障外,恕不接受退換。

3. 接受退換的情況

若購買的商品符合以下條件,我們將為您安排免費更換或退款(運費由本公司承擔),包括:

貨品損毀: 收貨時發現包裝嚴重破損(如罐頭凹陷導致滲漏、包裝袋破裂)。

錯發貨品: 收到的商品與訂單項目不符。

品質瑕疵: 品本身存在生缺陷(如電子品無法動)。

過期品: 收到貨時,品已超過包裝上的有效日期。

註:申請時請務必提供「開箱照片或影片」作為證明。

4. 退換貨流程與條件

狀態要求: 如非因破損或瑕疵而需退回的商品,其必須保持全新狀態及完整包裝(包括所有標

籤、說明書、配件及贈品)。

品質量問題: 由本公司承擔所生的運費。

個人因素(如買錯尺寸/款式): 若本公司特許換貨,來回運費須由客戶承擔。

退款時間: 經審核無誤後,如有任何退款至安排,我們將於 14 個工作天內按原付款路徑退款

予顧客。

5. 品資訊與免責聲明

食用期限保證: 我們保證所寄出時的貨品均有 3 個月以上 的食用期;除網頁特別註明之「特

品」,而相關品在沒有任何可見的食用風險之安全考量下,均不設任何退換。

過敏與適口性: 每隻寵物體質與口味或有不同,恕不接受因「不愛吃」或「非品質量問題之過

敏」要求的退換。如有任何關於進食上的風險疑問(如會否出現過敏等),建議餵食新品前向

專業人士徵詢意見。

視覺與手工誤差: 網頁圖片受光線或顯示器影響可能存在色差;手工測量尺寸可能存在

1-3cm 誤差,以上均不屬於質量問題。

包裝改版: 商或會不定期更換包裝,品成份及外觀以生商最新公佈及實物為準。


Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at LETSPETTLE (hereinafter referred to as "the Shop"). To protect

the health and hygiene of all pets, we have established the following return and exchange

terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order:

1. 7-Day Return and Exchange Period

Customers have a 7-day period to apply for a return or exchange, starting from the day of

receipt (based on the logistics delivery tracking record). Applications made after this 7-day

period will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

To ensure pet safety and maintain hygiene and disease prevention standards, the following

categories of products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Food and Health Supplements: All opened dry food, canned food, treats,

freeze-dried treats, meat purees, and nutritional supplements.

Contact and Hygiene Products: Opened or used cat litter, pee pads, grooming

products, clothing, harnesses, collars, beds, cat trees, etc. (This policy helps prevent

the cross-infection of skin diseases or parasites).

Sale Items: Items explicitly marked as "Sale" on the website.

Electronic Products Special Clause: Once water or food has been added to an

electronic product, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a functional

malfunction.

3. Eligible Situations for Returns and Exchanges

If the product you purchased meets any of the following conditions, we will arrange a free

replacement or refund for you (shipping costs will be covered by us):

Damaged Goods: The packaging is found to be severely damaged upon receipt

(e.g., dented cans causing leakage, or torn packaging bags).

Incorrect Items: The items received do not match the order details.

Quality Defects: The product itself has a manufacturing defect (e.g., an electronic

product fails to power on).

Expired Products: The product has already passed its expiration date at the time of

receipt.

Note: You must provide unboxing photos or videos as proof when submitting an

application.

4. Return and Exchange Process and Conditions

Condition Requirements: Items being returned for reasons other than damage or

defects must remain in brand-new condition with complete packaging (including all

tags, manuals, accessories, and free gifts).●

Shipping Fee Responsibilities:

Product Quality Issues: The Shop will bear all resulting shipping costs.

Personal Reasons (e.g., buying the wrong size/style): If the Shop grants an

exceptional exchange, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping

fees.

Refund Timeline: Once the application is approved, any scheduled refunds will be

processed back to the original payment method within 14 working days.

5. Product Information and Disclaimers

Shelf Life Guarantee: We guarantee that all food products have a shelf life of at

least 3 months at the time of shipment. The only exceptions are items marked as

"Sale Products" on the website; provided there are no safety concerns or visible

consumption risks, these sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Allergies and Palatability: Every pet has a different constitution and preference. We

do not accept returns or exchanges based on a pet "disliking the food" or "allergies

not caused by product quality issues.

(such as potential allergic reactions), we highly recommend consulting a professional

before introducing new products.

Visual and Manual Tolerances: Product images on the website may exhibit color

differences due to lighting or screen displays. Manual measurements may also result

in a 1–3cm error. Neither of these conditions qualifies as a product defect.

Packaging Updates: Manufacturers may update product packaging from time to
