A. How to Acquire and Use Your PETTLE Reward Card
1. Purchase products from PETTLE's own brand with packaging marked "Includes PETTLE Reward
Card.
" Each box contains one PETTLE Reward Card (hereinafter also referred to as ‘card' or
‘reward card’) corresponding to its flavor.
2. The top-right corner of the front side (with the QR code) of the reward card indicates its point
value: "X1" represents one point,
"X2" represents two points, and so on.
3. The point value of specific flavors may be adjusted during promotional campaigns. Adjusted
values apply only during the campaign period and are based on the redemption date (Hong Kong
time). After the campaign, the point value will revert to the original value printed on the card
without further notice.
4. If a reward card is missing from your purchase, please contact customer service at (852) 2269
0966 or send a message via WhatsApp at (852) 6620 1676 within seven days, along with your
receipt or purchase record.
5. PETTLE Reward Cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be converted
into other products or services.
B. Card Safety and Responsibilities
6. Peddy Pet Caring Hero Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Peddy") is not responsible for any
loss, theft, damage, or misuse of reward cards. Cardholders assume full responsibility.
7. Any reward card that is stained, damaged, or used will be deemed invalid.
8. If a product is returned, the accompanying reward card must also be returned.
C. How to Redeem Your Gift
9. PETTLE Reward Cards can only be used on the designated webpage
((https://www.letspettle.com/pages/毛林積分卡換禮計劃) to redeem gifts.
10. Refer to the webpage for available gifts and follow the specified steps for redemption. Only the
designated redemption methods will be accepted.
11. Customers must provide reward cards with total point values matching the selected gift. Excess
points will not be refunded, and insufficient points must be supplemented with additional
reward cards.
12. Peddy will verify all serial numbers on the reward cards. Any counterfeit, photocopied, or
unverifiable serial numbers will result in disqualification from redemption, and the entire batch
of cards will be returned. Peddy reserves the right to take legal action against fraudulent
activities.
13. Gifts will be delivered within 20 working days after successful card verification. Customers will be
notified via WhatsApp. Upon request, a photo of the gift prior to dispatch can be provided for
reference.
14. If the redeemed gift is out of stock, the redemption request will be canceled. Peddy will arrange
to return the submitted reward cards or provide an option to select an alternative gift. For gifts
with a higher point requirement, additional points must be provided. For gifts with a lower point
requirement, the remaining reward cards will be returned.
15. Peddy is not responsible for any staining, damage, theft, or loss of returned cards during transit.
D. Gift Details and Responsibilities
16. All gift images and descriptions on the webpage are for reference only. Actual specifications are
subject to the final product.
17. All gifts on the webpage are available while stocks last and offered on a first-come, first-served
basis. Pre-orders are not accepted.
18. Gift characteristics such as color, scent, and shape are randomly distributed. Specific requests
will not be accommodated.
19. Peddy does not provide warranties, repairs, or spare parts for any gifts redeemed from the
webpage.
20. Peddy reserves the right to update gifts or services on the webpage periodically without prior
notice. Pre-reservation or individual requests will not be entertained.
E. Shipping and Delivery Terms
21. All shipping costs incurred for gift redemption, including delivery of gifts and the return of
reward cards, will be borne by the customer via a cash-on-delivery arrangement.
22. All gift deliveries are limited to Hong Kong only.
23. Each redeemed gift is limited to one address and one recipient. Split deliveries are not allowed.
F. Other Terms
24. All gift redemptions on the webpage are subject to these terms and conditions. For details,
please refer to the PETTLE Reward Card webpage mend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
26. In case of discrepancies or conflicts between the Chinese and English versions of these terms
and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
27. By using PETTLE Reward Cards, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
Peddy Pet Caring Hero Limited reserves the final right of interpretation and decision.
毛林大會 — 毛林積分卡(PETTLE Reward Card)換領獎賞條款及細則
A. 積分卡獲取與使用說明
1. 購買指定包裝上標示「內附毛林積分卡」的毛林大會自家品牌產品,每盒隨附一張對應口
味的毛林積分卡。
2. 毛林積分卡的右上角標示分數值,
「X1」 為一分,
「X2」 為兩分,依此類推。
3. 指定口味的毛林積分卡分數值可能會因應推廣活動而調整。調整後的分數值僅適用於推
廣活動期間,並以登記兌換日期(香港時間)為準。推廣活動結束後,分數值將恢復至毛林
積分卡上標示的原來數值,恕不另行通知。
4. 如發現漏發毛林積分卡,請連同收據或購買紀錄,於購買後七日內聯絡客戶服務專線
(852) 2269 0966或在WhatsApp上發送訊息至(852) 6620 1676與毛林大會客戶服務部聯絡。
5. 毛林積分卡不可退款、兌換現金或轉換為其他產品或服務。
B. 積分卡的保管與責任
6. 寵愛有您有限公司(下稱「本公司」)對毛林積分卡的遺失、被盜用、損壞或誤用概不負責,
顧客需自行承擔相關責任。
7. 所有毛林積分卡如有塗污、損壞或一經使用即告無效。
8. 如退換產品,隨盒附送的毛林積分卡亦需一併退回。
C. 禮品兌換說明
9. 毛林積分卡僅適用於毛林大會指定的禮物換領網頁內(下稱「網頁內」)
(https://www.letspettle.com/pages/毛林積分卡換禮計劃) 兌換禮品。
10. 請參閱網頁內列出的禮品,並按指定步驟完成登記,本公司僅接受網頁內的指定方法兌換
或登記。
11. 兌換禮品時,顧客需提供與禮品對應分數值的毛林積分卡,多出的毛林積分卡將不退還,
積分不足需補交相應毛林積分卡。
12. 本公司將核對全數毛林積分卡上的序號,如發現偽造、影印或無法驗證的序號,本公司將
取消兌換資格,並退回整批毛林積分卡,以及保留就欺詐行為採取法律行動的權利。
13. 禮品將於成功核對毛林積分卡後的二十個工作天內發送,本公司將會有專人以 WhatsApp
通知顧客;如顧客要求,可附上寄出禮品前的實物照片。
14. 如兌換的禮品缺貨,換領登記將被取消,本公司將另行安排退回毛林積分卡或更換其他禮
品。若所選禮品的分數高於原兌換禮品的分數,顧客需補交相應的毛林積分卡;如所選禮
品低於原兌換禮品的分數,剩餘毛林積分卡將一併寄回。
15. 退回的毛林積分卡寄出後,如途中發生任何塗污、損壞、被盜或遺失,本公司不承擔任何
責任。
D. 禮品兌換與責任條款
16. 所有網頁內的禮品圖片及描述僅供參考,最終規格以實物為準。
17. 所有網頁內的禮品數量有限,換完即止,恕不接受預訂。
18. 所有網頁內禮品的顏色、氣味、型狀等均為隨機發放,恕不接受指定要求。
19. 本公司概不負責所有於網頁內兌換之禮品的保養、維修或零件服務。
20. 本公司將不定期更新網頁內的禮品或服務,恕不另行通知,並不接受預留或個別要求。
E. 配送條款
21. 所有於網頁內兌換禮品產生的運費,包括派送禮品及寄回毛林積分卡的運費,將由顧客承
擔,並以到付形式支付。
22. 所有於網頁內兌換的禮品僅限香港境內派送。
23. 所有於網頁內的每件禮品兌換僅限單一地址和收件人,不設分單派送。
F. 其他條款
24. 所有於網頁內的禮品兌換受條款與細則約束,詳情請參閱毛林大會專頁。
25. 本公司保留修改條款及細則的權利,恕不另行通知。
26. 條款及細則中、英文版本如有歧異或矛盾,以英文版本為準。
27. 使用毛林積分卡即表示顧客同意此等條款及細則。
